“He is the most awesome and well mannered dog I have ever known”

Oscar the mini labradoodle puppy we had for saleHello Leanne and Berry,

We recently purchased a mini labradoodle (apricot) from you on April 15th 2010. He was born on February 11th 2010. He is the most awesome and well mannered dog I have ever known. We couldn’t be happier with him! He’s insanely smart and we thank you big time for the tips on crate training. By the third night he was sleeping through the night and we’ve had no problems ever since.

One question we do have however, is in regards to his parents. You let us know he is 1/4 lab and 3/4’s poodle. Our vet, groomer and trainer all swear up and down that he must be a golden doodle. Do you have any pics of his brothers or sisters or even his parents? Is anyone else asking the same thing?

Please let us know. Daily people are asking us what kind of dog he is and we just say…. um a golden or labradoodle. (attached is a pic)

Thank you,
Jenn and Ben

Thanks for sharing Jenn and Ben! Curious Puppies Note:  Oscar is truly a Mini Labradoodle, despite of what the vet, groomer etc thought, sometimes having a second generation can show some different looks. He has a bit of a poodle look, which can be confused with a Golden Doodle for sale. Some of his litter mates had a more smooth “look”, like a lab. Cockapoos sometimes can look like mini goldendoodles as well. It’s because of the poodle in them.

Below a picture of his litter when we had them here.

About

At Curious Puppies we have enjoyed many puppies since 2007. Over the last few years we specialize in Cockapoos and goldendoodle puppies. We love playing with them and giving them all the love and attention they need before they are adopted by their forever families. The puppies always enjoy the personal attention from our two children as well as the other dogs in our family, and they are occasionally spoiled even getting to put our children to bed! The puppies also love being able to play with our friends and their children who visit, and it’s always great for them to be exposed to so many different people at the ideal ages.

We have 3 dogs of our own: - Buster, a Boston Terrier x Beagle (also known as a Boggle). - Georgia, a pure bred silky black American Cocker Spaniel. - Dakota, a Landseer Newfoundland dog (Newfie).
